  2. Return Shipping Cost:
    • If customers regret their purchase, the return shipping cost will be their responsibility.
    • If the item is damaged, the return shipping cost will be covered by Petnikly.
  3. Delayed Orders:
    • Orders lacking tracking information and over 60 days from the shipping date are eligible for returns.
    • For orders shipped to the USA, returns are eligible after 45 days.
    • For Brazil, after 110 days.
    • Other regions have different conditions and durations.
  4. Orders Not Received:
    • If tracking information indicates delivery, returns are not accepted unless a non-delivery certificate is provided.

    • We provide a full refund or replacement for severely damaged packages.
    • For partially damaged products, a partial refund or replacement is offered.
  6. Incorrect or Missing Products:
    • For incorrect products, a full refund or replacement is provided.
    • If the color or size discrepancy does not affect product function, refunds or replacements can be issued.
